CorStacker® Trays are made of durable Corstat™ shielding corrugated. The construction is double wall with injection molded corner stackers attached for secure stacking. The tray includes a dissipative crosslink foam pad that is loose in the bottom. The foam pad has permanent static dissipative properties and can be turned over to double the physical life of the foam.
CorStacker® trays are excellent for inplant and interplant handling of circuit boards and components. Trays allow user to reduce the labor of handling through the elimination of static shielding bags. CorStacker® trays have a clean sealed surface that will be acceptable at the static safe workstation environment.
