PC Board End Load & Side Load Tray Carts
Economical solution for storage and transport of trays with printed circuit boards. Designed to maximize productivity by accelerating throughout, minimizing PCB hanling damage and providing superior ESD protection. The 18"x26" conductive tray with dissipative mat inlay, handles multiple-sized boards (Click under photo right to see picture).
End-load models provide a large tray landing area, side-load models are highly space efficient. Choice of 1 1/2" (38mm) spacing (38 trays) or 3" (76mm) (20 trays) spacing. UPS shippable, quick, easy notool assembly, rolls easily on 5" (127mm) swivel casters. Durable Super Erecta Brite™ finish.
ESD Classification: Non-Conductive (Units can be made conductive with use of 1 bag of conductive plastic split sleeves per shelf and a grounding cable or conductive casters)
Conductive trays with 3-layer static dissipative mat inlay (TR2618-1SSX & SM-3001. Other sizes are available.
