Phoenix Welded Heavy Duty Workstation
The Series 100 workstation has a fully welded frame which makes it strong, staedy and versatile. Constructed of 16 guage cold rolled steeel and features a full perimeter frame to insure complete worksurface support. The worksurface itself is constructed from industrial grade particle board and is fully sealed to minimize warpage. Tops are available in ESD or non-ESD laminate, maple, epoxy, phenolic, stainless steel or ball transfer. The fully welded frame is engineered with integrated leg support crossmembers to maximize strength and rigidity under load. The leg section is simple yet functional and includes micro-adjusting levelers to provide full adjustability of work height on uneven floors. Flexibility and value best characterize the Series 100 Heavy Duty Workstation, as a myraid of accessories can be added to meet present or future requirements. A wide slection of powder coated frame colors and surface materials allow for somple integration to your production enviroment.
The Series 200 cantilever design makes it the perfect choice in applications requiring operator clearance beneath the work surface. Engineered with flexiblty in mind, this systme is easily customized to meet present as well as future requirements. All frame members are fully welded from 16 gauge cold rolled steel and finished with a tough industrial coating. With a load rating of 1000 pounds, the Series 200 Workstation meets a wide varity of applications. Micro adjusting leveling pads are standard.
The Series 300` Ergonomic Workstation features attractively styled telescoping legs. This hand crank hydraulic bench offers a wide range of accessories and can be motorized. Handsome enough for the office, the Series 300 is equally suited for light manufacturing uses. Total capacity if 500 lbs.
Note: 12" Height adjustment range is standard from 30" to 42" High.
The Series 50 Economical workstation with a deluxe look and quality. This "KNOCK-DOWN" workstation still has a 1000 lb capacity (evenly distributed) and is simple to assemble. The leg assemblies are fully welded. This workstation still accepts all Phoenix accessories (except drawer unit and leg extensions). The sizes listed in the upper right corner are kept in stock in limited supplies and can be shipped in 5 DAYS. These stocked sizes have Utility Gray frames and Antique White (low glare) laminated worksurfaces. Other sizes (listed below) and colors are available and are subject to normal lead times.
The Series 50 Value bench are also available in the sizes shown below with ESD options. These are available with any height or any of our colors offered for any of our other workstation. These however are subject to normal lead times. Bench assembly is stiil availalbe at $42.
The Series 400 Hydraulic Ergonomic Workstation is designed with hydraulic leveling technology. OurSeries 400 enables simple and positive height adjustment in both a standard and optional electric configuration. Elastomer floor contacts insure strong, steady and level operation in even the most demanding applications. Total capacity is 1000 lbs.
Note: 12" height adjustment range is standard from 30"-42" H. Other ranges available upon request.
The Series 500 Stylish design, electric linear actuated height adjustability (NO hydraulics). Fast (.81 in/sec) and quiet. Sturdy solid design, even at its fully extended height. 14.5" height adjustment range (standard 30"-45" height). Legs have an attractive brushed metal appearance. The workstation's fully welded frame is available in a wide variety of powder coat epoxy finishes. All of our worksurface types are available on this model. Additionally, the 500 series workstation works with all Phoenix workstation accessories. The workstation is rated for 750 lbs. (load limit is 1,000 lbs.) Workstation is available with casters but a choice of design modifications are required to minimize the retracted workstation height. Inquire specifically about caster options (additional cost of $58 above caster option price required).
