The 4548 is used extensively by the automotive industry, as it meets the specifications of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG). It is available with 4-way forklift entry in seven heights with weight capacities up to 2500 pounds. Models offer a choice of 0,1,2,3,4 hinged drop doors on the 45" or 48" side. Reach-through latches are now available as an option for the 33" and 34" high models (48" sides only). This allows the operator to collapse the containers from one side, eliminating the need to walk around the container to collapse it completely.
