Inca Gold Pallets are produced from wood fibers and synthetic resins and are manufactured according to the Werzalit process in a carefully controlled environment. In this process the fibers are sized to assure consistent strength and quality. The molded products are pressed under high heat and pressure and then dried to a moisture content of 6% - 9% to eliminate moisture which can cause product damage and contamination. The high heat process burns out infestation which eliminates the need for additional fumigation or heat treatment required for export applications. The next step in the manufacturing process combines the fibers and the resin. The mixture is fed down a line where it is distributed among our presses and formed into a pallet with a two part mold in a press.
